UP-LIFT Services was founded in August 2021 by Jennifer Carter, who began her career working with the Regional Center as a case manager, later advancing to the role of disparity manager. Through this experience, Jennifer gained firsthand insight into how underserved certain communities were, particularly the Latino community. Driven by a vision to provide high-quality services to these populations, she initially co-founded ELM Services. After rapid growth and success, Jennifer chose to continue pursuing her vision independently, leading to the establishment of UP-LIFT Services, where the commitment to supporting underserved communities remains at the forefront.
